SS11 Press Days: Aquascutum

One of my all time favourite brands, I was very excited indeed to go to the Aquascutum press day where I loved pretty much everything I saw. What I admire most about Aquascutum - besides its great heritage - is how effortless and understated the garments look and each and every season (whilst wheeling out the iconic and treasured staples), managing to keep the brand fresh and modern.

In terms of Aquascutum's modernity I was impressed with the performance fabrics sampled, which were most commonly found in the form of laminated cottons. Key seasonal items such as peg trousers, luxe leather and a sleeveless trench make this collection the cream of my SS11 crop.
